Iliana Bulger is Co-Founder and Senior Pastor of West Coast Believers Center International located in Visalia, California which was established in May of 2002. Iliana accepted Jesus Christ into her life in 1992, after a night of bad decisions she realized she needed change. Her life was radically transformed after calling out to Jesus. Now, she has taken the things the enemy tried to use against her and preaches around the world teaching women who they are in Christ. She believes if you don’t know who you are in Christ, you won’t know who you are in the world. She is a powerhouse preacher who brings the word with fire and encouragement. Nobody is too far gone for God’s redemptive hand to reach.
