About Us

Dr. Joshua Bulger is the Founder of a thriving church in California’s Central Valley “West Coast Believers Center International” (WCBCI). With an additional church campus planted in the surrounding area and plans for more to come. Together with his wife Pastor Iliana they have served for the last twenty years as the Senior Pastors of their main campus in Visalia, CA.

They have been married for over thirty years, and look forward to continuing to serve Jesus alongside each other. They have three adult children and five grandchildren. They love being Papa and Nanna and raising up their grandchildren in the house of the Lord.

They believe that strong families make strong churches and strong churches make stronger communities. So for the Bulger family, serving in ministry has always been a family affair. They whole heartedly believe that although they are Pastors, their first congregation is their children. It is with this principle in mind that you will most likely see not only their children but their grandchildren serving in their local church or at JBM conferences.

Mission

Our mission is to help people “Find Their Place, Fulfill Their Purpose, and Experience a Growing Relationship with God.” We came to Visalia and planted our first church in September of 2002. God told us our ministry would be established on the

message of love. We have never strayed from that command, it is the loudest message we preach.

Vision

God said, “Love will be the key ingredient to the success of this ministry.” Anything done for the love of God is always empowered by God. (1 Cor.13)

JBM is committed to the local community as well as the international community. We plan to continue assisting other churches & ministries in building their vision because “if you are faithful with another man’s, God will give you your own.”

We are here to save souls, heal the sick, cast out devils, destroy the works of satan, establish the kingdom of God throughout the Earth, and make a mark within our community that cannot be erased.
